Lula also commented on how he can help Luciano. "You will not receive money from the federal government if you just say you have no money. What will bring money to João Pessoa is you have project. If you happen to have any trouble, you call your friend Lula in Sao Paulo and we will try to help, "he vowed.
The Oct. 23 will be remembered forever in the political history of João Pessoa. Today, the former president Lula was personally in João Pessoa to consecrate candidacy for mayor of the capital Luciano Cartaxo.
